We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant with notable experience in managing day-to-day tasks and offering overall support to an executive, CEO, or any high-profile individual to ensure that every task is attended to and that every professional and personal agenda will be in order.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Write Team Member Onboarding/Off-boarding Guides
- Onboard team members with a checklist
- Organize Task Management System
- Get email accounts to "Inbox Zero" each week
- Pay bills
- Run a Retrospective meeting each week
- Review Spending compared to Budget
- Document Subscriptions & value
- Cancel un-used subscriptions
- Follow-up with Accountant
- Summarize & Follow-up on chat conversations (slack, group chats)
- Transcribe Voice Messages to Notes
- Summarize a Book to Knowledge Base, notes,
- Transcribe Voice Messages to Notes
- Research popular website sites, synthesize the best ideas, and send them to the graphic designer to make
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of experience as a Virtual/Executive Assistant or any similar position.
- At least above average verbal and written communication skills in English but Excellent communication skills are best preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be a self-starter, independent, and trustworthy. Has the ability to take on a high degree of responsibility and confidentiality and to provide solutions to arising problems without much supervision.
- Must be proactive, remain calm under pressure, and possess a high sense of urgency.
- Must be willing to learn, open to challenges, and service-oriented.
- Prior experience with Jungo is preferred, or any CRM tool knowledge will be a great advantage.
Position: Virtual/Executive Assistant
Location: Fully Remote
Working Hours: M-F, 9 AM-5 PM, EST
Holidays: US Holidays
Salary: PHP 55,000 to 65,000 + Incentives
