About the client:
Underwear is essential to any person's wardrobe, and the men's underwear industry has grown quite large. The client is a leading men’s luxury underwear brand based in Canada with a fast-growing customer base.
About the role:
As an eCommerce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day reporting and analysis of overall business operations to help the business optimize its performance.
Some of the required reports will include but are not limited to the preparation of weekly sales, stock, margin, Vendor/Brand SKU analysis, customer care, and supply chain reporting.
In addition, you will be involved in ad-hoc research and analysis projects to support the performance and optimization of the eCommerce division and work with the marketing team on upcoming promotions and performance guidance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on all areas of the business
- Provide visibility and insights to the management team for overall optimization within the business
- Work with all other departments to help them adopt data-driven strategies and help increase their efficiency
- Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure management of stock levels to ensure we have optimal stock levels across all product lines
- Develop dashboards to help the management team have a birds-eye view of overall operations within the business
- Preparing summarized reports for all stakeholders that are easy to understand and are actionable
Who are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in business analysis roles
- Ability to understand broad requests and deliver output in a clear and consistent presentation format for review by the team
- Expert-level skills in Excel and other data reporting tools
- Experience with Google Data Studio will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
- Attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Ability to take the initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours: Flexible Timing with some cross-over with EST
Holidays: US Holidays
Salary: USD 1300 to USD 1600 per month
