About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, responding quickly to emails, presenting Bionic Talent to potential clients on Zoom, and closing sales.
You should be someone who is hungry for commissions and is a closer.
What will you be doing?
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements through proactive questioning and following our customer information forms
- Walk potential customers through our sales process and material, giving them a good understanding of how we can help their business
- Ensure every customer gets an amazing experience and service through proactive communication, transparency, and ethical sales
- Ensure the lead to purchase cycle is quick and efficient
What are we looking for?
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and close sales
- 3+ years of experience in sales
- Experience selling services would be a plus
- Experience dealing with agencies and startups would be a plus
- Attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving
- Ability to take the initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Position: Inside Sales Executive
Remote Status: Inhouse
Preferred Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Working Hours: 12 pm to 9 pm PK Time
Holidays: Local Holidays
Salary: PKR 90,000 to PKR 130,000 per month + Commissions
