About the client:
Our Client is an Ecommerce startup based in Lahore, Pakistan. They offer customers an easy & convenient online shopping destination to compare and select from a wide range of products from a wide variety of curated sellers while also aiming to enhance the selling experience of entrepreneurs through digitisation.
About the role:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager with a strong ability to run the operations and teams as a leader. The candidate should have proficiency with site analytics and data analysis. The candidate should be able to work independently and be highly collaborative on projects. The candidate will be responsible for all site operations, user experience, site merchandising, and fulfilment for the company's e-commerce business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
- Liaising with all internal teams to drive process improvement and operational excellence
- Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with the Supply Chain team to maintain in-stock status on-site, optimize new fulfilment opportunities, plan for peak periods, and improve/eliminate returns
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
- Onboard new vendors and develop a good relationship with the existing vendors.
- Develop and implement an ecommerce strategy to improve website performance
- Own daily reporting for web performance-tracking all major KPIs
- Monitor competitive landscape and site benchmarks
- Work with developers to improve website speed, UI/UX and features
- Own end-to-end processes and the P/L of the division
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Execute growth plans and work towards the future objectives of the company
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organisation's behaviour
- Knowledge of running operations in a startup is a plus
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Leading a department and team is an added plus.
Position: E-Commerce Manager
Remote Status: In-house
Preferred Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm PK Time
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Holidays: Local Holidays
Salary: PKR 120,000 PKR to PKR 140,000 per month
