About the role:
We are looking for a positive ROI-driven PPC specialist responsible for delivering campaigns that drive client results. The ideal candidate should have a strong fundamental knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social for local businesses. We are looking for someone who has run positive ROI campaigns for local businesses on hyper-targeted audiences within very limited geographical areas.
The PPC specialist’s responsibilities include working closely with the client servicing team to achieve PPC objectives, measuring PPC success, and scaling campaigns to help clients achieve their goals.
In this position, you’ll work with an elite team of dynamic professionals to plan, manage and implement high-value PPC campaigns that deliver measurable results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing small to medium paid search/social campaigns across various verticals within the home services industry
- Working alongside the account management team in executing strategy for your clients on different platforms
- Analyze performance data and provide analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on what you find
- Manage all client budgets and advise on budget changes based on your expertise and campaign performance metrics
- Help determine benchmarks and implement optimizations to hit client goals
- Work with the Account Manager to provide high quality and insightful reports for all clients regularly
- Set up dashboards and reports to track overall campaign performance and project-based initiatives
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of proven experience in successfully developing and executing paid search and paid social campaigns
- You have knowledge and experience across paid search and social platforms, including but not limited to Google and Facebook
- Knowledge of emerging platforms like Tiktok will be a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details
- Extremely flexible and adaptable
- You're amazed and fascinated with marketing - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and know nothing beats taking action from what you learn
- Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Notice errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks
Position: PPC Specialist
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Pakistan
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
Holidays: US Major Holidays and Pakistan Major Holidays
Salary: PKR 150,000 to PKR 185,000 per month + Performance Bonuses
