About the client:
Our client is a leading full-service digital marketing agency based in Lenoir, NC, and works with a growing portfolio of clients in the legal space. From Local SEO to Paid Media and Website Management, this agency handles everything for a growing portfolio of businesses.
The client also has several other smaller businesses and is looking to build a small in-house agency to service those businesses' marketing needs.
Our client has a policy of “no jerks” for both clients and team members and is looking to grow its client-servicing team with exceptional super-stars who are passionate about what they do and have the right attitude.
About the role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll work with our management and in-house agency teams to ensure all our projects are on track and any potential issues are highlighted and handled promptly. You will be relied on by several cross-functional teams to help them keep moving things forward and getting inter-team dependencies resolved on time.
You must be someone who enjoys creating order from chaos and working with several different stakeholders on several projects with many different moving parts. Someone who can connect the dots while the dots and the line are both moving.

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating with cross-functional team members to make sure that all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Creating project briefs, working with all stakeholders to clarify the requirements, and then creating post-project briefs with learnings
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Coordinating the development of checklists, processes, workflows, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable the successful implementation of all key tasks and allow the company to scale its processes
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Owning all open projects from start to finish
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of proven experience in successfully managing digital projects at an agency
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- BA/BSc. or MBA from a reputable institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details
- Extremely flexible and adaptable
- Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Notice errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks
- Working knowledge of Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Clickup would be a plus
Position: Project Manager
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Pakistan
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
Holidays: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)
Salary: PKR 130,000 to PKR 170,000 per month
