Our client is a leading full-service digital marketing agency based in Lenoir, NC, and works with a growing portfolio of clients in the legal space. From Local SEO to Paid Media and Website Management, this agency handles everything for a growing portfolio of businesses.

The client also has several other smaller businesses and is looking to build a small in-house agency to service those businesses' marketing needs.

About the role:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be part of the marketing core team that fully owns the client’s brand. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and managing our social media platforms.

To be successful in this role, you will have to be passionate about the social media space, adopt a very hands-on approach, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to bring about various types of creative and engaging content in our social media community.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing social media content plans consistent with the company’s brand identity
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
• Developing and managing influencer programs and managing influencer relationships
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Collaborate with the rest of the departments (customer success, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions to answer questions or resolve concerns posted on social media
• Monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights
• Knowledge and understanding of split testing and the data behind split testing and being able to show the deliverables on the data
• Staying up to date on the latest analytical trends
• Continuously researching competitors to stay up to date on what our competition is doing

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3+ years of experience as a social media specialist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent
• Experience with paid social media will be preferred
• Ability to take the initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details
• You're amazed and fascinated with marketing - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and know nothing beats taking action from what you learn
• Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
• Notice errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks

Position: Social Media Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Pakistan

Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)

Salary: PKR 110,000 to PKR 135,000 per month
