About the client:
Our client is a custom packing insert design agency. They work with clients to design marketing inserts for their packaging and combine print, fulfillment, and marketing expertise to build a new retention channel for eCommerce and a value-added service for 3PLs.
Our client has a policy of “no jerks” for both clients and team members and is looking to grow its client-servicing team with exceptional super-stars who are passionate about what they do and have the right attitude.
About the role:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support and strengthen our senior leadership. A proactive problem-solver with outstanding communication abilities and great attention to detail will be the ideal candidate. You must have previous experience working in an office environment, be well organized, have excellent time management skills, and make decisions independently without guidance.
You’ll be responsible for performing administrative tasks, inbox management, facing customers, performing repetitive tasks, and batching client orders.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support.

What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of customers, suppliers, and orders
- Facing customers politely and professionally to ensure timely resolution of their requirements
- Performing administrative tasks such as emails, calendar management, internal communications, and preparing reports
- Plan and coordinate tasks to meet the priorities, accomplish corporate objectives, and uphold best practices
- Create processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement in our operational efficiency
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of proven experience in Executive Assistant roles to senior management
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communicator and can clearly articulate your decisions, knowing that others’ expectations may differ from your intuition
- Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
- Notices errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks
- Take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every detail each step of the way
Position: Executive Assistant
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Pakistan
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
Holidays: 22 Paid Leaves per year
Salary: PKR 140,000 to PKR 200,000 per month
