About the role:

We seek a Senior Technical Lead with extensive experience in Drupal and WordPress to join our client team. As a senior position, this role requires extensive experience in Drupal and WordPress development on an enterprise level and the ability to lead and manage a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have architect-level expertise in leading software houses and a strong understanding of web development best practices.

Communication skills are key in this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions. They will also ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality of work in accordance with best practices.

The Senior Technical Lead will be able to work with the latest technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends while continuously improving development processes. They will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior developers, troubleshooting and debugging any issues that may arise during the development process, and communicating effectively with clients. With a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, this role is ideal for someone looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of developers and deliver projects to clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the development of web projects using Drupal and WordPress
• Manage a team of developers based in different countries and provide guidance and mentorship
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and maintaining the highest quality of work in accordance with best practices
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
• Continuously improve development processes and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of web projects
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Mentor and train junior developers
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues that may arise during the development process
• Communicate effectively and maintain a professional relationship with clients
• Work from 9 am to 6 pm EST timezone to accommodate client meetings and team meetings.

Who are we looking for?

• A Senior Technical Lead with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Drupal and WordPress development
• Strong experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Experience with project management and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of web development best practices and ability to continuously improve processes
• Familiarity with latest technologies and industry trends
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug any issues that may arise during the development process
• Excellent coding skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Position: Senior Tech Lead - Drupal and WordPress

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Pakistan

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)

Salary: PKR 450,000 to PKR 600,000 per month
