About the role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant who will play a vital role in supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies for a SaaS company that brings marketing and sales into one platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and be comfortable working in a virtual, remote environment. They will be responsible for helping to manage our online presence and assisting with various digital marketing tasks.

The Digital Marketing Assistant will work closely with the team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and will be expected to keep up with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

The candidate should be able to analyze data and provide actionable insights and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the candidate will develop and execute email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze the performance
• Assisting in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture series
• Manage PPC campaigns, Adwords and analytics
• Managing and growing the company's social media presence
• Conducting market research and analyzing data
• Assisting with content creation and optimization
• Helping to manage and maintain the company's website
• Collaborating with team members on various projects
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Assists with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Support the team in all aspects of the creative process
• Assist in developing client proposals and pitch presentations
• Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Social media marketing and management across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Email marketing campaigns and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices, including SEO, PPC, and analytics
• Experience working in a digital agency or similar fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Position: Digital Marketing Assistant

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Pakistan

Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)

Salary: PKR 190,000 to PKR 225,000 per month
