About the role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager for the client's business as they are looking for someone with marketing skills who can handle client projects, create workflows, and manage timelines and deliverables. The candidate should be a self-starter, quick on their feet, and have exceptional organizational and communication skills. The role is essential to the company's growth, and the candidate will handle multiple projects simultaneously.

In this role, candidates must take ownership of their work responsibilities and handle multiple client projects. They will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to assist the Owner in the marketing aspect of the business, contributing to the company's growth.

Overall, this role requires a team player who can effectively communicate with clients to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of project management experience, be knowledgeable in digital marketing, have a strong work ethic, and be available to take client calls and maintain project deadlines. What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with clients to define project requirements, deliverables, and objectives
• Creating project timelines and schedules, including setting project milestones and deadlines
• Coordinating with the internal team and external partners to ensure successful project completion
• Tracking project progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Conducting project status meetings to ensure timely completion and to address any issues that may arise
• Providing regular feedback to the Owner on project status, including any issues or risks that need to be addressed
• Analyzing project results and identifying opportunities for improvement or new projects
• Conducting market research to support marketing strategies and campaigns

Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays: 14 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)

Salary: PKR 150,000 to PKR 175,000 per month
