Our client is based in Florida, USA, and running a digital marketing agency and looking for an experienced SEO strategist to plan and execute organic growth strategies for a set of clients.
The client is mostly handling local service businesses seeking growth with Local SEO.
Our client has a policy of “no jerks” for both clients and team members and is looking to grow its client-servicing team with exceptional super-stars who are passionate about what they do and have the right attitude.

We are on the lookout for a driven, proactive Facebook Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, implementing and managing end-to-end Facebook ad campaigns for our clients in the local service industry.
- Analyzing campaign results and optimizing strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conducting detailed audience research to target potential customers effectively.
- Crafting engaging ad copies and coordinating with our graphic design team for ad creatives.
- Collaborating with our sales and customer success teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
- Monitoring budget and adjusting bids to gain better ROI.
- Staying current with Facebook advertising policies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the success of our campaigns.
- Reporting on campaign performance to clients and internal teams regularly.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, preferably in the local service industry.
- Excellent understanding of Facebook's advertising platform and experience managing ad budgets.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Proficient in crafting engaging ad copies and driving customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing, social media, web analytics, and industry best practices.
- Please note: A proven track record of success in managing Facebook ad campaigns for local service businesses is a must for this role.
Position: Facebook Ads Specialist
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Global
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST
Holidays: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)
Salary: USD 1,000 to USD 1,500 per month
