About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks efficiently. You will be working remotely and collaborating with various team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform general administrative tasks
• Will be responsible for ordering blogs, ordering backlinks, and uploading blogs to the websites
• Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare reports as needed.
• Conduct research on various topics and compile information for presentations or projects.
• Manage and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
• Provide support for virtual meetings, including setting up video conferences, managing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
• Research locations and keywords for our analytics reports

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience within Digital Marketing, PPC, & SEO is strongly preferred
