Our client is based in Florida, USA, and running a digital marketing agency focused on the contractor industry. The client is mostly handling local service businesses seeking growth with Local SEO and PPC.

About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks efficiently. You will be working remotely and collaborating with various team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Will be responsible for ordering blogs, ordering backlinks, and uploading blogs to the websites
- Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare reports as needed.
- Conduct research on various topics and compile information for presentations or projects.
- Manage and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
- Provide support for virtual meetings, including setting up video conferences, managing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
- Research locations and keywords for our analytics reports
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ownership, initiative, & proactiveness
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding follow-up and follow-through
- Effective time management, personal accountability, and organization
- Prior experience within Digital Marketing, PPC, & SEO is strongly preferred

Salary: USD 600 to USD 800
