About the role:
We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruiting team and help us place sources and hire candidates faster.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for potential sourcing candidates, doing the first-round screening for applicants, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a sustainable long-term pipeline for our company's current and future roles.
What you'll be doing:
- Source potential candidates through Linkedin and other professional networks
- Create JDs and assessments based on the requirements of the role
- Screen applicants through video interviews and create interview kits
- Nurture pre-existing candidates in the database to ensure our pool of candidates is well-maintained
- Develop your profile and brand through Linkedin and other social media to promote the company and attract potential candidates
- Maintain the ATS with up-to-date information and ensure all our SOPs are being followed
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-fill
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources Management Software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- A degree in Human Resources would be preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to handle over 6-10 interviews per day
