About the role:
We are actively seeking a highly proficient individual with advanced expertise in Infusionsoft CRM to join our client’s team as a CRM Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including the creation of impactful email campaigns, product setup, generating promo codes, updating contact information, and creating customized tags. While these are just a few of the responsibilities, we are primarily looking for someone with a deep understanding of the intricacies of Infusionsoft. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing the back end of our CRM system, with dedicated experience specifically in Infusionsoft. What you’ll be doing:
Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture our customer base.
- Set up and manage products within the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and manage promo codes to drive sales and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update contact information for a comprehensive and accurate customer database.
- Develop and manage customized tags to categorize and segment contacts for targeted marketing and communication strategies.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Infusionsoft to handle the CRM's backend operations effectively.
- Work towards enhancing our customer relationship management by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Ensure seamless operation of Infusionsoft, understanding the differences between Infusionsoft and Keap and making necessary adjustments.
- Analyze CRM data to derive actionable insights for decision-making and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Address and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance and the impact of email campaigns
Who are we looking for?
- A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with Infusionsoft, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the platform's functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating and managing email campaigns, product setup, promo codes, contact information updates, and tag creation within a CRM environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest Infusionsoft developments and best practices to optimize CRM performance.
- A commitment to enhancing the customer experience through CRM strategies and personalization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple aspects of CRM management efficiently.
Position: CRM Specialist
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Global
Working Hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm EST (Looking for part-time employees with the potential to go full-time)
Holidays: 10 paid holidays & 10 days of PTO will be earned at 7 hours per month you work
Salary: PKR 80,000 (for 20 hrs per week), PKR 160,000 (for 40 hrs per week)
