About the Client:
Our client is based in Florida, USA, and runs a digital marketing agency focused on the contractor industry. The client primarily handles local service businesses seeking growth through digital marketing. Our client has a policy of “no jerks” for both clients and team members and is looking to grow its client-servicing team with exceptional superstars who are passionate about what they do and have the right attitude.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to drive maximum sales for our client. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales are encouraged to apply. Experience in digital agency sales and selling to home services businesses is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, focusing on high-potential leads and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for expansion.
- Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and the company.
