About the role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the client's needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews virtually, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on candidate's feedback.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
- Maintain candidates database and track recruitment metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
