About the role:
We seek a proactive and dedicated Community Manager to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for engaging with online communities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards, this role is tailor-made for you. As a Community Manager, you will be crucial in managing and nurturing our online presence. Working remotely, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing and social media teams to ensure active and positive engagement with our audience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook ads, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement.
- Foster positive relationships with our online community by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions.
- Track and report on community feedback and engagement metrics.
- Identify and escalate any issues or negative trends to the relevant teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media engagement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community management strategies.
- Participate in community-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
- Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- High attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools used for community management.
- A passion for staying updated on social media trends and is dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in managing social media interactions within the digital marketing or advertising industry is advantageous.
