Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to helping painting business owners increase sales, improve customer retention, and boost profitability through SEO, PPC, Social Media, and other online marketing platforms. They are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to lead their team.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer (Marketing) to support our client’s content creation efforts using generative AI tools. This role involves crafting precise and effective prompts, generating high-quality marketing content, and collaborating with the team to automate content workflows. The ideal candidate is both creative and technical, capable of understanding marketing goals and translating them into prompt strategies that produce impactful, brand-aligned outputs.

Experience working with Digital Marketing Agencies is preferred. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, test, and refine AI prompts to generate marketing content, including blog posts, social captions, email copy, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align AI-generated content with branding, tone, and audience needs.
  • Optimize prompt frameworks for consistency and high-quality output.
  • Manage and organize AI-generated content for ongoing use and reference.
  • Stay updated on prompt engineering best practices and new AI capabilities to enhance workflows.
  • Support content strategy with creative ideas enabled by AI tools.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai for marketing content generation.
  • A deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively to solve problems with AI outputs.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for brand tone and voice.
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp to manage content workflows is a plus.
