Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in providing digital marketing services to dental practices across the USA. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Senior Account Manager for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective client success strategies, and coordinating client success efforts across various accounts. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
Professional fluency in English is essential.
Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
Experience in the dental/healthcare niche is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the client success lifecycle from onboarding to retention, ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor account managers, setting KPIs, enforcing accountability, and driving performance across the client success team.
- Build and optimize systems, SOPs, and reporting to scale client communication, satisfaction tracking, and renewal processes.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients — identifying risks, solving issues proactively, and surfacing upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with service leads (SEO, Website, LSA, PPC, FB Ads) to ensure deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
- Lead quarterly business reviews or high-impact touchpoints for key clients to reinforce value and improve retention.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally — advocating for improvements to products, services, and internal processes.
- Report on client health, churn risks, and team performance directly to the executive team
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager
- Experience managing and leading a team of client success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
- Experience in the dental/healthcare niche is preferred.

Salary: USD 2500 to USD 3000 per month
