About the Senior Paid Ads Specialist Role in Colombia

We are searching for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to strategise, lead, and optimise high-performing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns across diverse accounts. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with advanced expertise in both Google Ads and Facebook Ads management, who thrive on delivering measurable outcomes such as improved Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and quality lead generation. While you won’t be managing a team, this position requires a proactive, organised approach and deep accountability for campaign performance.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is essential.
Experience with Home Services clients is a plus.

Key Responsibilities for Paid Ads Strategy and Optimisation

• Design and execute performance-driven paid advertising strategies on Facebook and Google Ads, with a focus on the roofing industry and other service sectors.
• Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise ROAS, increase conversions, and generate leads efficiently for clients.
• Leverage data analytics to interpret performance, enhance campaign strategies, and achieve business goals.
• Run A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, and budgets to refine campaign effectiveness.
• Master and employ the client’s proprietary programs and campaign setups to ensure full alignment with business objectives.
• Produce detailed, insightful reports on campaign performance with actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients.

Candidate Profile: Skills and Qualifications for Success in Paid Advertising

• 3+ years’ proven experience independently managing and scaling Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and advanced analytics tools; demonstrable history of increasing ROAS and driving qualified leads.
• Exceptional communication abilities in English, both written and verbal; comfortable with video meetings and client liaison.
• Demonstrated eagerness and capacity to learn new systems, platforms, and methods unique to the client’s approach.
• Background in digital marketing agencies is required.

Position Details

• Role: Senior Paid Ads Specialist
• Remote Status: Fully Remote (candidates based in Colombia preferred)
• Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm CT
• Holidays: Observing US Federal Holidays
• Compensation: USD 1500 – USD 1800 per month, commensurate with experience
