About the client:
Our client, a U.S.-based personal injury law firm, is seeking a Case Manager to join its dedicated team. The firm is known for its client-centered approach and commitment to delivering justice for accident and injury victims. This role is vital in ensuring that every case progresses smoothly from intake to settlement while maintaining clear communication between clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders.
About the role:
As a Case Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through each step of their personal injury case. You will manage the day-to-day progression of case files, coordinate medical treatment updates, gather documentation, and support attorneys in preparing cases for negotiation or litigation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, empathetic, detail-oriented, and has prior experience working in a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
U.S.-based law firm experience is strongly preferred.
Personal injury experience is a plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- 
Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement.
- 
Collect, organize, and review medical records, bills, and accident-related documentation.
- 
Track client treatment progress and maintain regular communication to ensure case updates are accurate and timely.
- 
Coordinate with attorneys to prepare demand packages, settlement documents, and other legal correspondence.
- 
Maintain detailed notes and documentation in the firm’s case management system.
- 
Assist with negotiating medical balances and settlements under attorney supervision.
- 
Ensure all case deadlines and follow-ups are met, keeping attorneys informed of important updates.
- 
Help improve internal case management processes for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.
 
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role within a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
- 
Strong understanding of personal injury case procedures, including pre-litigation and settlement processes.
- 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- 
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- 
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- 
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish fluency is a plus.

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Salary: USD 1,200 - USD 1,500 per month
