About the role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our client with administrative, operational, and client-facing tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
Experience working with a U.S.-based company is required.
Real estate industry experience is a plus.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling meetings or appointments.
Handling client communication via email, phone, or messaging platforms in a professional manner.
Maintaining and updating records, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
Following up with clients, partners, or internal teams as required.
Supporting daily operational tasks and coordinating with different departments.
Conducting basic online research and compiling information when needed.
Ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Assisting leadership with ad hoc administrative and organizational tasks.
Who are we looking for?
2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setup.
Experience working with a U.S.-based company is required.
Real estate industry experience is a plus.
