About the role:
We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to craft seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end user journey—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI—ensuring that our designs are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with both client needs and our brand identity. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who balances creativity with usability and enjoys turning complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
US digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design decisions.
Create high-quality UI designs using Figma, incorporating contemporary design trends to meet client and project expectations.
Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that map out intuitive user journeys.
Collaborate closely with the Design Lead to align designs with brand guidelines and overall project goals.
Present design drafts for review and feedback, incorporating revisions.
Support the team in delivering exceptional design solutions across various projects.
Stay updated with the latest UX and UI trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our designs remain competitive and innovative.
Who are we looking for?
2-4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI designs that reflect contemporary design trends and standards.
Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
A meticulous approach to crafting designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the Design Lead and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage feedback constructively and deliver high-quality revisions efficiently.
