About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help Bionic Talent deliver A-class remote overseas employees to our growing clientele by developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies to fulfill our client’s staffing needs. You must understand basic HR and Recruiting principles, possess strong decision-making skills, and can thrive under pressure.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to establish a sourcing strategy to attract, assess and deliver the best candidates to our pipeline so we can deliver superstars to our clients who depend on us to find the best candidates worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle end-to-end recruiting for the assigned positions, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and cost efficiency at any point in the process
• Partner with hiring managers and develop a sourcing strategy for each role and regular communication and updates to hiring managers
• Develop and handle a talent pipeline for the assigned positions that are in line with the current and future requirements of the business
• Create and implement innovative and creative solutions to sourcing and candidate management – including developing direct sourcing channels, market mapping, employee referrals, advertising
• Ensure regular reporting of relevant recruiting metrics to assess the efficiency of recruiting programs and talent hired in the assigned business units
• Ensure high quality and consistent approach to job descriptions and job adverts, including providing training and mentorship to hiring managers

Who are we looking for?

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external networks based on mutual trust, courageous and informative advice, and consistent delivery
• Understanding and experience of cultural differences and their impact on business and interpersonal dynamics
• Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems
• Experience in international hiring will be a huge advantage
• Attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving
• Ability to take the initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Remote Status: Inhouse

Working Hours: 12 pm to 9 pm PK Time

Salary: PKR 55,000 to PKR 85,000 per month
