About the client:
Our client is a recently funded ecommerce venture looking to bring sustainable fashion to the mid-tier market within the North American market through an innovative approach to sustainable sourcing materials and opting for a planet-friendly approach in everything they do.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a delightful experience to customers and ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and promptly.
You are someone who enjoys helping others and making a difference in their lives through positive communication. This role provides support through email, chat, and social media queries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Effectively collaborating across departments to ensure all internal and external customer needs are met
- Provide quick, efficient, and accurate support to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Co-ordinate with internal and external teams to solve customer issues
- Inform customers about additional products and complimentary upsells
- Be the customer’s voice within the company to ensure future products are as per customer needs
Who are we looking for?
- 2-3 years experience in customer service
- Knowledge of support tools like Live Chat and Zendesk
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Have excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Salary: PHP 45,000 to PHP 50,000 per month
