About the role:

The Graphic Designer / Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in the client company's marketing efforts by creating visually appealing graphics and written content for their social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Canva, a creative mindset, and an eye for design. They should also have basic writing skills and an understanding of branding and tone.

Key responsibilities for this role include designing and creating graphics using Canva, generating written content using AI tools, and scheduling and posting content on social media platforms. The Graphic Designer / Virtual Assistant will need to collaborate with team members to ensure all designs meet brand standards and provide a consistent visual experience for our followers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and creating graphics using Canva for social media platforms
• Generating written content using AI tools for social media posts
• Scheduling and posting content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Collaborating with team members to ensure designs meet brand standards and provide a consistent visual experience
• Ensuring all designs have strong attention to detail and are of high quality
• Staying up-to-date with current design trends and incorporating them into your work
• Continuously learning and improving your design skills and knowledge of social media platforms
• Using project management tools to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

• A creative and motivated individual with 2 years of experience in graphic design and social media management
• Proficiency in Canva and knowledge of other design tools are a must
• Excellent written communication skills, with an understanding of branding and tone
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing
• Knowledge of scheduling and posting on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others
• Ability to work independently and take the initiative when required.

Position: Graphic Design / VA

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Pakistan

Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays: 14 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)

Salary: PKR 90,000 to PKR 125,000 per month
