About the role:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join the team. The perfect fit will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the intricacies of real estate and finance, and has a knack for turning challenging situations into positive customer experiences. This position isn’t just about resolving issues; it's about creating an outstanding journey for high-net-worth clients navigating the complex world of real estate investment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Handling difficult conversations with grace and diplomacy, providing solutions that satisfy clients while upholding the company's policies.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's offerings to provide accurate and comprehensive support to clients.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to inform improvements in our services and operations.
- Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Proactively identifying potential issues and working to resolve them before they impact our clients.
- Staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the real estate and financial sectors to provide up-to-date advice and support.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates with experience in customer support roles, preferably within the real estate or financial sectors.
- Strong written and spoken English skills are a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning complex challenges into simple solutions.
- Demonstrable experience handling high-end, sophisticated clientele with professionalism and discretion.
- Deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of high-net-worth individuals.
- Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently, but also know how to work as part of a team.
- Deal Breaker: The successful candidate will have prior experience working with high-net-worth clients, with an understanding of the financial and real estate industries.
Position: Customer Support Specialist
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Pakistan
Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm Pakistan Time
Holidays: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for UAE or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)
Salary: PKR 150,000 to PKR 200,000 per month
