About the role:
We are currently seeking proactive and results-driven individuals to join our client’s team as Appointment Setters. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Individuals with experience in home services or real estate are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll be doing:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce client's services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client's services to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
- Secure appointments between potential clients and client's sales representatives or account executives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of communications and appointments in the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments, address concerns, and ensure ongoing communication.
- Meet or exceed set targets for the number of appointments scheduled and qualified leads generated.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients and convey information effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an Appointment Setter.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
