About the role:
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and accelerate Bionic Talent's growth.
In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, conduct sales meetings, and close recruitment partnerships with companies across the globe.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing sales professional looking to maximize earnings through USD-pegged uncapped commissions on every sale.
What you’ll be doing:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Build relationships with CEOs, founders, and hiring managers.
Conduct discovery meetings and sales presentations.
Understand client hiring needs and recommend recruitment solutions.
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
Close new business consistently.
Collaborate with the recruitment team for successful client delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Represent Bionic Talent professionally during all client interactions.
Who are we looking for?
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Experience selling recruitment, HR, SaaS, or professional services is highly preferred.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working hybrid in Karachi.
