About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team in Karachi. Your primary responsibility will be connecting with business owners, generating interest in our recruitment solutions, and booking qualified discovery calls for our Business Development team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to earn uncapped USD-pegged commissions based on performance.

What you’ll be doing:
Prospect and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads and identify hiring needs.
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Business Development team.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Stay updated on Bionic Talent's services and recruitment solutions.
Who are we looking for?
1+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales, lead generation, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls daily.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Available to work on-site in Karachi
